NFL Predictions
Rather than predicting all games as many other sites do, I’m going to focus on two games each week – those involving the Green Bay Packers and the Minnesota Vikings. Here are my thoughts for this week – should know how well I did in about eight hours.
Green Bay Packers vs Ney York Jets
This is a game involving a team with no playoff hopes…ahh…the Packers and a team maintaing some hopes of an AFC wild card birth. The one time unbeatable at home Packers no longer even have a home field advantage…they are 1-4 at home this year. I can still remember watching the game that signified the fall of this home empire…it was the playoff loss to the Atlanta Falcons at home in the snow about four years ago. Ever since then there isn’t much to Lambeau field. Anyway, all that being said I predict the Pack wins this game 24-20 in a close one. I see Ahman Geen having a big day and Greg Jennings catching a touchdown pass in what will be a hard fought game with turnovers on both sides.
Minnesota Vikings vs Chicago Bears
This is a very interesting game given both teams recent history. The Vikings have a stellar run defense, so Grossman must be prepared to throw the ball 50 times today…not sure what the weather is down there right now, but if it’s windy he could be in trouble. The Bears defense will stiffle the weak Viking offense and force a turnover or two. The Vikigns don’t generally win on the road…especially outside, but they can win this game. They should have beaten he Bears this year already and just might do it today. Then again…maybe not. I see the Bears winning this game 27-14.

ok…well 1 out of 2 i guess aint bad. the packers got steam rolled – no further comments on that game. ahman green did have a big day though and jennings should have had a td.
as far as the bears/vikes…right on. vikes foled on the road when they really had chance after chance with all the turnovers. we saw all 3 vikings qbs today – none looked good.
