Spring 2009 Ryder Cup Event at RGCC
The spring 2009 Ryder Cup event at RGCC is almost here and we’ve finalized the pairings and tee-times. I’ve listed all of them below, if you have any comments or concerns let us know.
Team JM: Brock Peterson (10), Manny Lopez (10), Tate Leferink (10), Bill Nystrom (10), Jared Skovbroten (11), Thomas Coenen (12), Jon Haerter (12), Jesse Cravath (13), Kyle Poston (14), Shayn Carlson (16), Matt Murphy (17), Ken Coenen (20). Note Jeff Moat (12) will be subbing for Bill Nystrom Saturday afternoon.
Team GAC: Ray Peterson (1), Tom Mason (8), Jon Weber (8), Todd Hanson (12), Scott Hoss (13), Gary Miller (13), Karl Dexheimer (14), Jason Bever (15), Mark Benson (18), Doug Thielen (18), Jason Kivo (20), Gabe Homes (22).
The format will be 2 person best ball matches during the morning rounds and singles matches in the afternoon. Each match is worth 1 point and the first team to 18 1/2 wins. Each player will buy in for $50 and the winning team takes it all. We’re planning on playing cards one evening and hitting the town the other…whatever you guys want!

oh…and i forgot to mention the birthday battle that will take place between hoss and lopez saturday afternoon. hoss will be 36 finally and has aspirations in the public arena by 40. lopez will be something close to 50, but still acts like he is 17 when his nickname was blockhead.
adjustment has been made during the friday afternoon round…bever and ray swapped 4somes and singles matches adjusted accordingly.
